Early Life
Brene Brown was born in San Antonio Town in Texas. She is the daughter to Cassandra Deanne Rogers and Charles Arthur Brown. She spent her early days in Louisiana in New Orleans. Brown was brought up in the Catholic religion and practices but was baptized by the Episcopal Church.
In 1995, she completed her degree course and graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Texas. She proceeded with completing her Masters Degree program In Social Works in 1996 and was conferred her Ph.D. in social works in 2002 by the University of Houston.

Brene Brown is married to Steve Alley. They live together in Houston, Texas, together with two children.
Career
Cassandra Brown began her career while working at the University of Houston as a research Professor. Her leading research focused on coming up with an authentic leadership program and promoting wholeheartedness in social structures such as schools, companies, families, and nation as a whole.
She presented her talk on TEDx talk show which became one of the most viewed episodes of the show. Brown has written books such as I thought it was Just Me (but it Isn’t), Telling the truth, How the courage to be vulnerable transforms how we live, Braving the Wilderness, The Courage to Stand Alone(2017) Rising Strong: The Reckoning and Dare to Lead (2018).
She featured on the Super Soul Sunday with Oprah Winfrey in 2013 and talked about her book Daring Greatly. She is the Chief Executive officer for the Daring Way Company.
